BTTZ cable selection should be based on the cable carrying capacity to choose the corresponding cable specifications

1. BTTZ cable carrying capacity

2. Laying method of BTTZ cable

a. in the bright apply position, if the same direction of the cable size, medium, small specifications, from neat and beautiful aspects, can be fixed according to the minimum specification cable standard requirements, also can be fixed from grade distance. When the cable is laid at an Angle of 30° or below the vertical direction, it shall be fixed according to the vertical spacing. When greater than 30°, fix according to horizontal space.

d. When calculating the length required for laying the cable, no less than 1% shall be left.
e. When laying single-core cable, no less than 2 times of the outer diameter of the cable shall be left between each cable. If no gap is left, the carrying capacity reduction coefficient shall be considered.
f. Appropriate protection measures should be taken for the parts of the cable that may suffer mechanical damage during operation.
g. When laying single core cable, it should be laid one by one. After each group is aligned and straightened, it should be arranged and bound.
h. when the cable in the copper sheath has a corrosive effect on the environment, or in part buried or through the pipe for laying, should be used with PVC outer sheath cable.
i. single core cable is not allowed to go through the metal pipeline.
j. In the process of wiring, the end of the cable should be temporarily sealed immediately after it is sawn off.
